Project Process:

1. Submit Proposal Ideas on a ManTech PPD format -submit to SPANS Management Team (Dennis Simon, Mitch Fleischer/Leo Plonsky) at least 45 days prior to quarterly TAB meeting.

2. SMT review proposal for application to major initiatives/cost/duration/sponsorship/ ROI potential; 

3. Transition plan/technical transfer plan/business plan reviewed and approved by SMT;

4. Presentation to TAB for technical evaluation

5. SPO (i.e. CVN/ JSF/ DD21 Program Office) sponsorship

6. Funding is appropriated

7. Inputs for TDL are submitted, project is scheduled;
